Senior Category Manager

Research product availability and pricing from Vendors.
Assist in Vendor Management.
Reconcile invoice amount and quantity with purchase order and receiver.
Works closely with Project Teams to ensure smooth planning, production and materials coordination, shipping and receiving regarding priority of orders and deliveries.
Ensure that required documentation are provided and routed to appropriate parties.
Responsible for drafting, reviewing negotiating and finalizing procurement contracts that support Company’s business objectives with a specific concentration on services contracts.
Collaborates with Corporate Legal, and Risk to develop and maintain contracts.
Supports Category Managers by collecting data, completing analyses, executing tactical components of projects to complete RFI, RFP, contract issuance and system support.

Buyer

Monitored projects from initiation through completion, and provided periodic progress reports to Manager.
Identified and resolved obstacles and risks that might interfere with project completion.
Updated Completion Reports in Access Database.
Generated AFEs for capital projects to support LDCs.
Setup Capital Projects Funding in PeopleSoft to support LDCs.
Generated monthly reports for management workflow and budgetary analyses.
Exported map locates of gas lines within our territories from ArcGIS into PDF for outside services.
Updated facilities in ArcGIS by using data from work orders/leak reports.
Maintained records as needed using Ad-Hoc reports.
Created, analyzed and edited all vital department records on spreadsheets and databases.

GIS Support Coordinator

Coded and paid all mains, renewals, D.O.T and New Business Service invoices for outside vendors.
Maintained the maintenance database for outstanding invoices.
Coded and paid all requisitions for new service invoices.
Approved and unapproved work request orders for contractors in Work Management.
