Business Development
- Developing and managing long-term business relationships with mid and large-cap Life Sciences companies.
- Developing strong "business cases" both at a strategic and financial level to attract the interest of potential partners. This involves estimation of addressable patients for "hot" products under the company's watch as well as evaluation of the full market opportunity of these products (potential revenue, profitability, company capacity)
- Monitoring the performance of currently marketed products and of new launches (CNS, Oncology & Specialty) - addressing any issues raised.
- Developing the long-term business plan of the company incorporating various scenaria.

Market Access
- Developing market access plans to enter the Balkans market in order to expand geographically the company's operations.
- Analysing the pricing / reimbursement mechanism in the Balkans region and the potential global effect for the company's partners under a "go" or "no go" scenario.

- Conducted interviews to healthcare practitioners regarding medical interventions and assessed their impact on the healthcare market.
- Prepared Product Profiles in powerpoint for clients related to market segmentation, strategy analysis and M&A.
