As part of the Calyptus team, I led the development of a next-generation Web3 training community platform that trains and places diverse technical talent into the world of Web3.

My responsibilities included providing strategic product direction and vision, as well as product innovation, design, development, and management. I also built and led a high-performing, cross-functional, and remote team, and was responsible for hiring new talent.

As a key member of the team, I worked on the solution design and creation of applications using a range of technologies, including Salesforce and Vlocity. I collaborated closely with developers to ensure best practices were being followed and deliverables were on track.
