I oversee the complete daily operations of the Institute.
This includes managing the team and creating a work environment and culture that helps them all work effectively and optimally.
A major part of our business is student acquisition and so I ensure the entire process, from determining the marketing budgets to approving creatives as well as selecting target market and the counseling and closing processes are all done effectively. 
I am also responsible for building new relationships and exploring new opportunities for the institute.
My role is not just to manage the team but to lead it and that I do from the front.

Chief Operating Officer

I manage the complete delivery of two courses at the institute namely, the Integrated Marketing and Communications Program (Brand Strategy, Journalism, Public Relations and Digital Marketing) and the Global Sports Management Program.
My job role includes, review of the course curriculum, creation of some of the learning objectives of the course modules and ensuring the objectives are properly met by the faculty in line with the Pearson UK requirements. 
I identify industry professionals who are able and willing to share their knowledge with the students and I facilitate their on boarding process. 
I am also responsible for the enrollment of students for the courses which requires me to show prospective students that the institute and its program is able to help them accomplish their career goals through the learning we provide and ultimately leading them to enroll. This is a complete sales process which I manage from end to end. 
I also provide career counselling for my students throughout the duration of their course and help them secure internships and job placements to enhance their learning and further their career.

I oversee and handle the creation and implementation of digital and social media strategy for EMDI's social platforms which involves not only creating the social media handles but growing and generating engagement through the creation of engaging audio-visual content.
Through the engagement generated from our social media handles we have seen an increase in inquiries and student enrollment from leads coming through our social media networks.

Social Media Manager

I am responsible for the complete delivery of the Sports Management course at the Institute.
This role requires me to connect with industry professionals who have knowledge in the field of Sports Management and are willing and able to share that knowledge.
I am also responsible for the creation and maintenance of an updated curriculum consistent with Pearson UK standards.
By building relationships with the industry, I am also able to secure internships and job placement for my students.

Program Coordinator

I was Anchor and Producer of Critical Factor TV show which became one of the most viewed shows on the Nigeria Television Authority Network in Kwara state, Nigeria. The show attracted sponsors all over the country and through the show I got to interview eminent personalities such as the Governor of Kwara State, Dr. Abdulfatah Ahmed, Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, CEO's of Multi-national companies and several Royalties within and outside the state.
I was also host of one of the most-listened-to Live radio shows, Matters Arising, on Royal FM. The show was popular due to the caliber of guests I had on the show and the truth-seeking, fact-based, objective style of my interviews.    
My team created some of the most memorable video documentaries and adverts done on Governance in Kwara state, Nigeria. Our documentaries and TV commercials were aired on several National broadcast stations including Channels Television, Nigeria Television Network and Africa Independent Television (AIT).
I carried out media consultancy for the Kwara State Government and several companies across the country.

During my time as Public Relations Officer we launched The 'My New Nigeria' campaign which sought to tackle the everyday issues faced by Nigerians and how each individual is as much a part of the problem as they can be a part of the solution.
The campaign created short videos which helped spread the word to thousands of young people as we harnessed the power of Social Media.
I also worked very closely with Remi Sonaiya, Nigeria's first female presidential candidate as an integral part of her campaign team.
