• Spearhead process improvement and creation for manufacturing technical support for seamless communication between Technical and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues
• Lead internal marketing team through development of email marketing channels and social media improvement to advance brand awareness
• Lead Quality team through inspection process improvements and managing product field issues
• Develop sales leads through pitching and technical presentations to shape customer requirements ultimately leading to sales conversions
