Director of the MSc in Consumer Psychology Developed and direct the first masters programme in Consumer Psychology in Ireland. This programme stems from my research in human decision making and grants me the opportunity to work with, learn from and develop talent. Experimental Psychologist I conduct basic laboratory research on learning and decision making and I am proficient in the acquisition and statistical analysis of a range of behavioral (eyetracking, mousetracking) and neural measures (EEG). I am always trying to find new ways to learn about human behaviour and I have employed computer games and public experiments to access these data in novel ways. Behavioural Scientist I'm committed to furthering psychological knowledge and the effective implementation of psychological science to understand and empower people. I help develop behavioural solutions to encourage pro-environmental behaviour and workplace safety. Understanding consumer decision making enables companies to effectively serve them supporting long term sustainable growth. Open Scholarship I believe in sharing scholarship as broadly as possible. By sharing our processes as well as our outputs with the world, we can drive the change we need. I am a catalyst at the Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) and a COS (Center for Open Science) Ambassador. Teacher I am an accomplished teacher of psychology with over twenty years experience in higher education. My passion is developing talented people, opening their eyes to new possibilities and enabling their motivation.
