Nursing Administrative Assistant 
Assisting in the management and structure of the Nursing department, students, faculty, labs, and clinical sites. Organizing and maintaining faculty, student files. Planning, preparing, and coordinating activities such as Pinning ceremonies, graduation, new student orientation, and extern/ lab assignments. Assisting in preparing curriculum, meeting minutes, and various assignments for the Nursing Director and all Nursing Department Faculty. 

FINAINCIAL AID OFFICER
Developing student financial plans compliant with Federal/State regulations for awarding for continuing, reentry, and new students. Collecting payments and document verifications, loan entrance/exit counseling, providing payment plans, and assisting students with FAFSA.

ADMISSIONS PROCESSOR/ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR
Working closely with the Director of Admissions, Admissions, and Financial Aid on start objectives while executing daily functions to assist with enrollment.
