During my four-month employment, I optimized project management processes within the Card and Payments department. I coordinated the baselines for collaboration between Aktia and the newly founded Aktia Finance Ltd., ensuring effective partnership and streamlined operations.

In this role, my primary responsibilities involved driving sales to both potential new clients and existing customers.

I was responsible for developing the strategic roadmap for the unit and exploring business opportunities beyond our core offerings.

Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment of a new business area within the company, aimed at providing comprehensive business services across the entire suite of Crosskey's core services. I led negotiations and managed contracts with both customers and third-party partners.

As the Key Account Manager for all Card and Mobile Payments customers, I ensured that Crosskey was recognized as their most valued partner. I collaborated closely with our exceptional team to help customers achieve their business visions.

I led the Crosskey SWIFT Service Bureau for five years, overseeing all sales presentations and the onboarding of new customers. During my tenure, the requirements for SWIFT Service Bureaus became more stringent, and we successfully passed all compliance audits.

I have worked across various areas of Crosskey's banking ecosystem, managing projects of diverse sizes and complexities. My projects encompassed everything from sales and software development to program logic, project prioritization, hardware changes, and user management.

Key Projects Managed:

- 2014-2016: Led the migration of S-Bank's card system, from the initial sales pitch through to maternity leave in 2015, and returned just in time to successfully launch their new card system.
  
- 2013: Managed the PCI DSS compliance project for Crosskey Banking Solutions. This challenging journey culminated in success, meeting the deadline one year after the launch of Elisa Rahoitus.

- 2011-2013: Oversaw the complete project lifecycle for Elisa Rahoitus, from the first sales meeting to go-live. We assisted Elisa Rahoitus in becoming a financial institution and launching their inaugural card product, supporting their core business of phone contracts.

- 2008-2013: Addressed regulatory demands in the banking sector, including MFI and anti-money laundering initiatives, and facilitated the implementation of new customer systems when Ålandsbanken merged with companies in Finland and Sweden.

Additionally, I received the Achievement of the Year award for leading the project that achieved PCI-DSS compliance for Crosskey Banking Solutions in October 2013.

Project Manager

As a System Specialist for the entire payments area, I focused on both domestic and foreign payments, including Target 2 and SEPA transactions. My responsibilities included creating requirement specifications, developing, and testing new functionalities to ensure compliance when Target 2 and SEPA became mandatory in Finland.

In the last 15+ years in the payment industry, I have helped numerous European fintechs and financial institutes enter new markets fast with safe, secure and scalable card products, while continuously making the financial industry more sustainable.

As the co-founder of a leading European fintech, Enfuce, my job is to drive the payments revolution for fintechs, banks and merchants. Enfuce was the first in the world to put payment processing into the public cloud and is taking the payments world by storm!
