Mit Bioharmony möchte ich mein IKIGAI in die Welt bringen und meinen Beitrag für mehr Gesundheit leisten. Nachdem ich im Sommer 2022 eigene gesundheitliche Herausforderungen bekommen habe, hat sich mein Fokus im Leben verändert und ich habe mich sehr intensiv in viele Themen rund um ganzheitliche Gesundheit & Langlebigkeit eingearbeitet. Dabei habe ich sehr viele Dinge ausprobiert und neue förderliche Gewohnheiten aufgebaut. Im Zeitraum von einigen Monaten konnte ich enorme Erfolge erzielen und fühle mich um Welten besser. Ich habe viel praktisches Wissen aufgebaut rund um Biohacking, Quantified Self, Wearables & KI - aber auch um traditionelle Ansätze zur Gesundheitsförderung. Meine Mission ist es, dieses praktische Wissen auf innovative und motivierende Weise zu teilen, um nicht nur mein Leben, sondern auch das der Menschen um mich herum zu verbessern.
