Hands On Investor // Experienced Founder // Product and Community Builder Building communities and having a positive long term impact has always been my biggest motivation and source of energy. In the past 10 years I have built networks and communities around different topics: student entrepreneurship, pet parents, veterinarians and investors (mainly business angels and venture capitalists). Alongside the businesses I built around these communities it has always been my mission to support others in their growth. My preferred way of doing this is to be an active mentor for Techstars, Startup Teens, Moonshot Pirates, Female Founders, Google, BASE Accelerator and many others. During my entrepreneurial career I was a hands on operator focussed on product and finance. I defined the product roadmap and our strategy and executed on it by building long lasting relationships with our clients, users and major stakeholders. After successfully exiting two of my companies I started to give back by engaging as advisor and (angel) investor to early stage startups. Always being hands on, helping with the product roadmap, customer discovery, business development and fundraising. Over the last few years education and youth empowerment has more and more become my personal focus as I believe that we need to invest more in startups that are trying to enable todays youth to be better informed and trained adults in the future.
