Led a Business Process Outsourcing implementation team of 80 associates that handled over $60M in ARR.  Managed 6 Implementation Executives who each managed their associates and book of business.  Each team was responsible for the set up of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor Management technology (ADP WorkForce Now) for clients with 150 to over 1000 employees.
Accomplishments:
•	Delivered over $125MM in revenue over FY16 through FY18, representing over 900 engagements
•	Drove an increase of 40% in Net Promoter score in connection with quality and customer satisfaction
•	Drove high associate engagement at both the manager and associate level
•	Achieved greater-than-target productivity goals despite high turnover in the organization
•	Designed and deployed a Professional Development training series across the entire Comprehensive Services organization
•	In collaboration with HR, Led Focal and Performance Management cycles for 300-person organization.

Managed the profit/loss, quality and client satisfaction of a portfolio of client engagements. Head of a 16-person team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants tasked with delivering HCM-Talent projects on-time, on budget with a high degree of quality and client satisfaction.
•	Lead team through transition to ADP when company was purchased
•	Served as a resource and escalation point for ADP Implementation Manager as well as senior client contacts
•	Supported ADP Human Capital Management product – Vantage – specifically Talent Management applications – Recruiting, Performance, Succession, Compensation and Learning

Responsible for managing client engagement and software development of multi-year Human Capital Management Internet applications for a variety of companies. Serve as single point of contact for client project team, internal business analysts, Oracle developers, ASP and Java developers, and contractors. 

Promoted from Sr. PM to Client Engagement Manager. Promotion included HR responsibility for up to 20 associates and for managing an implementation and service portfolio book of business.
