I consider myself a social and analytical person with a hands-on mentality and a drive for achieving results. I achieve results by having a real interest in people and getting them to work with me on reaching a shared goal. I love to work with people from both the business and IT. A key interest for me is how business needs can be fulfilled with technology and also the other way around, where technical innovations can boost business developments. It is the area between the business and IT where my communication and social skills are best put into practice. I make myself familiar with the bits and bytes of the task at hand and get a clear overall view of what is needed to get the job done.
