Identified ideal customer and company personas, developed and executed cold and warm prospecting processes, and conducted prospect qualification, customer research interviews, and demo calls

Owned the CRM (Hubspot) and created dashboards for weekly company-wide sales reports

Worked on a defined POC process, which led to more conversions and better prospect conversations

Took on a broad range of additional responsibilities as needed including: conducting various analyses (e.g., competitive market, pricing, vendor), coordinated HackerNews and Product Hunt launches (#1 Product of the Day), managing social media (e.g., Reddit posting), assisting customer comms (via Intercom), and content editing

PM on the Physical World Services team (part of Core Platform), aimed to make WeWork’s space queryable, actionable, and controllable. Lived through interesting times

Focused on activating presence detection in spaces via data collected from an existing network of lighting sensors

Led a 3-person eng. team to launch pilots in 3 WeWork locations (2 in the US and, 1 in Japan)

Wrote product specs, oversaw the privacy/data usage review process, and conducted customer research interviews to determine the best possible reference application to leverage the collected presence data
