My latest appointment is with Nokia as an Employer Brand Social Media manager, helping promote Nokia as a place of work by demonstrating all of the innovative technology our people work on! Before Nokia, I worked for over 2 years as a Talent Brand Partner working within the communications department at Thales Group. In those two years, I have helped Thales build a new employer brand for their talent acquisition teams to use across the globe. By providing teams with market research and insights, I have helped with the creation of an employer brand that globally is consistent in design and messaging but can be adapted to local market needs and audiences. My experience in talent branding has led to me becoming the lead on our global brand activation management tool, Papirfly. Deployment of this tool required managing the back end and creating the best experience for the talent acquisition user. My skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and experience with using web based video tools has helped deliver on a number of social media campaigns that have helped provide insight to both internal and external audiences, what it's like to work at Thales. I started my career out at Thales as a human resources apprentice, for 2.5 years, where I primarily assisted the early careers programme.
