🥇 The last few achievements: • I managed to deliver a 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 (20) 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 explanation to the 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 on the real value of Agile, effectively securing 𝐛𝐮𝐲-𝐢𝐧. • I shortened the average 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 for my Data Warehouse team 𝐛𝐲 ~113%, from 64 to 30 days. • I helped reduce 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 sessions to just 𝐟𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 (15) 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 while maintaining quality and alignment. • I redesigned SDLC procedures for my team of teams, which 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐝 my organization the 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 1 𝐅𝐓𝐄 every month. Engineers were happy to spend less time in meetings. • In 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬, I created an enthusiastic team from scratch and delivered a secure and compliant 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐌𝐕𝐏 solution to help 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 (7,000) users efficiently communicate with bank personnel during emergencies. • After coaching one of my teams, they have been working without a Scrum Master 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 (>3) 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 in a completely self-organized way. (And they still do this). • I coached a team comprised of 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 (8) 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, building such high trust that they were capable of planning two iterations in a row without our Product Owner and delivering value in a compliant, multi-billion revenue technology solution. • Colleagues in an Agile Coaches Guild were happy to have me on their team to help out with driving the 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 within 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 of the Bank. 📕 My daily duties: • Facilitating regular Scrum events. • I am inspecting existing processes and relations to find gaps and ways of increasing transparency and shortening feedback loops. • I am in a relentless discovery of how to increase the predictability and performance of my teams and organization overall. • I am holistically focused on resolving dependencies and impediments even before they appear. • I encourage people to achieve more. 📌 I do this by: • Improving existing or establishing a new way of estimating, forecasting, planning, and reporting, negotiating goals, and the way how teams balance the development pace and the quality. • Helping to design more efficient processes of delivery. At a team level and at scale. • Coaching leadership and teammates. • Providing small pieces of context-based training upon request or by need. • Providing comprehensive training on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or related topics. • Taking the initiative in resolving conflicts in a collaborative dialog toward an actionable decision.
