My journey has been anything but ordinary, from a curious kid in the mountains of West Virginia taking apart computers to spearheading game-changing initiatives in higher education and technology. As the visionary behind The Excellence Factory, I've dedicated myself to attacking disjointed systems and experiences to scale organizations reach and impact. My mission? To scale access to education and innovation, transform the financial psychology of our communities, and teach people about the invisible economy. My adventure has taken me from higher education where I championed access and equity, to the dynamic world of tech, where I reimagined engagement strategies at Salesforce. Along the way, my doctoral research has dived into how we can partner with K-12 school districts to create destination institutions (colleges and universities where every type of learner can thrive). In every role, from leading Salesforce's HBCU360 initiative to founding The Excellence Factory, my focus has remained: how do we create a better experience for the end user.
