I am responsible for seeking new business that aligns with Tapin's values, understanding their needs and discussing strategies to support them in attracting the best diverse talent to help their businesses grow. Alongside this, I focus on our internal processes, trying to find ways to innovate how we work.

I also play an active role in the ideation of our client strategies, specialising in identifying and understanding Gen-Z student trends, attitudes and behaviours, and leveraging these insights to design and manage social media attraction campaigns.

My Role included:
Researching insurance companies' policies and negotiate with underwriters to find the most suitable insurance for your clients at the best price
Ensuring that your clients understand the terms and the extent of the cover provided in line with industry regulations
Foreseeing clients' insurance needs, such as policy renewals or amendments
Advising clients on whether and when they need to make a claim on their policies
Arranging specialised types of insurance cover in complex cases. This may involve preparing reports for insurance underwriters and surveyors and negotiating with insurers
Advising clients on risk management and help to devise new ways to mitigate risks, for example, by adding security measures such as fencing, surveillance cameras or lighting to commercial properties to reduce the likelihood of a break-in
Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
Acquiring new clients and win accounts against competitors through outbound calling and follow ups

Commercial Insurance Broker

Registration Transfers is the Largest private number plate supplier with millions available. Est. 1982.

My Role included:
Taking inbound enquiries from customers and converting these to sales
Making outbound calls to create leads and exceed sales targets
Guiding customers through the 360 sales cycle dealing with initial enquiries through to aftersales 
Acting as a broker and main point of contact for buyers and sellers

My achievements in this role:
Billed over £975,000 in net profit in my time
Handled and looked after a number of client investment portfolios being entrusted with purchase of investment plates and selling these for profit
Regularly being highlighted for providing a great service on trustpilot
