Volunteer member of the advisory board for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at OSU-Cascades. The purpose of the board is to consider the established mission of the DPT program, the degree to which we are meeting the mission, facilitate appropriate discussion, respond to challenges and opportunities for physical therapists in the region, and consider how the DPT program might develop and implement strategies to improve the state of physical therapy and the health of their constituents.

I am a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in strategic human resources and a former board-certified specialist in geriatric physical therapy (GCS). I regularly present to state and national audiences on topics like fostering professional development, deploying data-driven people strategies, driving employee experience and engagement, and learning in the flow of work. I demonstrate my thought leadership and passion for innovation by serving as an advisor to several startup companies in the HR and AgeTech industries.
