Clarity, Confidence, and Resilience. These are the characteristics at the core of my work with students going through transitions or who are looking to make positive changes in their professional lives or take the next step in their academic lives. I've refined my approach to focus on these three characteristics based on my years of experience working in education, technology, sales, and team leadership. Through this experience, I'm able to identify the students most deserving of learning opportunities and set up for success and help them effectively transition into new digital careers. I've navigated two career changes myself, I've experienced the emotions of redundancy, I've moved to a new country not having a role on the otherwise more than once, and am all too familiar with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change. My fiancé and I joke about the fact that we almost seek these things out. By crafting a compelling story that helps draw strong connections between your motivations, skills, values, and achievements, you're much more likely to land that offer or get that promotion. At its core, I help people identify their value and sell themselves effectively. This can be an uncomfortable idea for some people, but when you come to terms with the fact that we're constantly selling our ideas, our experience, and our skills, then you're much more likely to do it well.
