Hi, I'm Deri. I help consulting team leaders develop exceptional teams. I founded Honeycomb Consulting Skills Training in 2018. Our experienced consultants train people in consulting skills, delivering our proprietary courses live and virtually. We're proud that all our clients re-engage us for future cohorts of learners, and that the learners themselves consistently rate us 9+ out of 10. We help those who are new to consulting (including service leavers) through to Managers and Partners who are learning how to manage teams better. We also have a toolkit of operational best practices for growing consulting firms. I'm ex-Bain, ex-independent consultant, and ex-CFOO of Credo Business Consulting, with a long-since lapsed DPhil in Organic Chemistry, and I also used to play a bit of rugby. Today I'm a father of four (fact: twins are awesome), oversized-dog owner, and a part-time powerlifter and competitive strongman. I'm a passionate advocate for flexible working and the benefits it brings in productivity, work enjoyment, and sustainability. I'm also likely, if triggered, to try and convince you that you need to squat heavy, worry less, and trust people more.
