Deryck is an experienced professional who's 25 year career path has covered a broad range of business areas - starting in Corporate Banking in the City of London through to delivering one-to-one business & skills advice to employers of all shapes and sizes across London and the South East. Deryck has led teams through times of change and uncertainty, and has turned around under-performing teams into award winning ones. In the past 5 years, Deryck has worked mainly in the Health & Social Care sectors (public and private hospitals) as well as manufacturing - in particular food production. Deryck’s background is in Psychology, which means he brings plenty of insight based tools for managers to use, such as understanding our own and others’ behaviour, Emotional Intelligence and Game Play Theory. Specialities: Behavioural Psychology, PRINCE2 & AGILE Project Management, working with dysfunctional teams to create high performance, 1:1 coaching with line managers to help them move up into their next role, and managing conflict.
