1.Teaching chemistry for 20 years to students preparing for the 10+2 level, the IIT Joint Entrance Examination, and the National Element Test in Chemistry. 2. Creator of the copyrighted work "Audiovisual Representation of Chemistry" (AVC). My goal was to help students fully grasp concepts during the learning process so that they might generate original thoughts, which in turn would lead to groundbreaking discoveries and innovations. 3.Although I had all the right tools in my head, my body was not cooperating due to life-threatening illnesses. I had a large work of creating audiovisuals, but my great desire and willpower allowed me to complete it. It still amazes me that I managed to produce 900 audiovisuals spanning 38 chapters of Organic, Physical, and Inorganic Chemistry and clocking in at around 40 hours of runtime. In addition to operating in an administrative capacity for the government, the desire to disseminate information in the field of chemistry has been instrumental in the production of high-quality, internationally recognized audiovisuals. The Audiovisual Course, the product of ten years of intensive study of effective teaching techniques, features a wide variety of introductory movies, animations, pictorial representations, illustrations, analogies of everyday events, and videos focused on practical applications. Fourth, I am the author and creator of the AVC, having participated in every stage of its development from the initial storyboarding to the final animation of the full 2700 minute long course. 5. The entire AVC Project is overseen by one person, from creating the storyboard to recording the voiceovers and keeping the audio and video in sync. All of the money for the Project has come from my own resources; I have not received any outside funding for it. The first several years of the project's lifespan were unsuccessful. After years of trial and error, learning from one's mistakes, and applying what one has learned to the craft of teaching, the final result was truly remarkable. The contents and structure of an AVC video would help students in three ways: (i) they would be less mentally taxing; (ii) they would be more engaged in their learning; and (iii) they would be more The mission of the AVC is to "instill a scientific temperament among Students and Researchers by introducing Innovative Teaching Methodologies, clearing basic to advanced level concepts using Scientific Methodology, creating interest in basic sciences and helping to popularize science."
