Currently in my 18th year of career experience spanning across Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management and General Management from Telecommunications, Construction, Global Technology Service and Retail E-commerce companies. At my core, overcoming challenges with the goal of delighting customers have been my staple, from solving technology pain points to undertaking facility expansions within compressed timelines to identifying workable and practical solutions for my most influential clients. I take customer experiences to heart. My clients have reciprocated with loyalty and my previous employers have recognized these efforts: a CEO Achievers’ Awardee from NTT Ltd., a global technology and services company headquartered in London, UK and Top Senior Account Manager of the Year and Top Incremental Achiever Awards from Globe Telecom Inc., the premier Philippine telco. At NTT Ltd. Philippines (formerly DTSI Group), my customer-centric attitude allowed me to meet aggressive profit targets (120% achievement) and bootstrap operations from ground up for Central & Southern Philippines, all in the first 18 months of joining the company. Now, I'm almost marking my 1st year anniversary with Amazon under the Canada SAS Core team and it still feels like that #Day1 mentality of being inventive, curious, ingenious, scrappy and fast. Today’s world evolves at a pace that extracts penalties on the complacent. This is why I am a passionate lifelong learner and am mindful that adaptability and having a growth mindset is the way to thrive and innovate. I just completed the Designing Artificial Intelligence course at Stanford Continuing Studies and Project Management Specialization at University of California Irvine Division of Continuing Education in my quest for continuous personal development.
