New year scaries are something I’ve always struggled with

Questions that haunt me this time of year regardless of my billings and pipeline status 

❓Am I behind?

❓Did I do enough to prepare for a successful start?

❓Will I have the year I hope for?

❓Did I rest enough? 

❓Will I be good enough?

Truth is we are never behind & always prepared 

Consistent and intentional effort will always bring results - we ARE prepared & ready for what the year will bring 

Rest should be daily and not a luxury for end of year 

We are always good enough (regardless of the outcomes)

Stop with the lies you are telling yourself 

We live in a world that profits off of insecurities and thrives off of us over extending ourselves 

90% of the people I am connected with here are high achievers 

We sacrifice time, health and relationships for our profits 

It’s conditioned in us that every week, every month, every quarter, every quota is a “restart” 

While it is very rewarding it’s also really exhausting 

The best of us learn to think positively, focus on the long game and find balance 

Work with the inner critic vs let it eat ya up
