PM/CNV Procurement Specialist

The Mosaic Company

• Collaborate with Mosaic Maintenance and Operations, as well as suppliers, to setup and maintain MRO inventory records in Mosaic’s Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Work with various departments to rationalize, consolidate and standardize item records to minimize inventory, ensure data accuracy and prevent duplication through research and review of new/existing records and requests
• Obtain detailed specifications on items by using internet search tools or through vendor/manufacturer contact
• Consistently interact with various vendors and manufacturers regarding item attributes and management of item records, while providing quality assurance through strong, accurate communication skills

MRO/Procurement Inventory Specialist

• Research and evaluate requests to repair/purchase parts; determine whether to repair, scrap, have the vendor hold (asset cores) or purchase new parts based on demand, stocking limit, availability, cost and lead time
• Process purchase orders daily for repairable spare items for all of Mosaic’s Florida operations
• Communicate with vendors and warehouse personnel to arrange timely pickup, repair and delivery/return of parts to and from vendor repair facilities and Mosaic’s facilities
• Obtain quotes from vendors for repaired and new parts; update purchase orders accordingly and approve for payment
• Execute and manage daily OIS reports: Repairable Spare Issue List (core report), Items Returned Daily report, Demand Back Order Report and PO Tracking report
• Record and report monthly avoidance amounts for repairable spares (cost savings)
• Maintain records of all repair requests, quotes, report discrepancies, etc.

Purchasing Assistant – Repairable Spares

• Daily querying and data cleansing
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Safety and Engineering to rationalize, consolidate and standardize item records to minimize inventory, ensure data accuracy and prevent duplication through research and review of new and existing records
• Consistently interact with various manufacturers and vendors regarding pricing, item attributes and management of item records, providing quality assurance through strong, accurate communication skills

Logoland

• Assist customers by quoting prices, taking orders, placing orders, creating invoices, receiving payments, and keeping customers up-to-date on order statuses
• Check in products received from vendors and process returns
• Perform miscellaneous office duties critical in day-to-day operations (i.e. manage cash register and debit machine, prepare bank deposits, maintain customer files, answer multi-line phone system, filing)

Production Supv | Sales Associate | Admin Assistant

CTL Logistics & Transportation, LLC

• Prepare bills to be entered into billing system, making sure all appropriate data is readily available
• Receive, work and enter bills for designated customer (pay drivers detention, bill detention to customer, etc.); provide invoices to customer
• Audit data entered by proofing for errors and making appropriate corrections
• Generate register of bills entered to show daily revenue amount
• Scan and index bills in LoadMaster Imaging program
• Prepare and print invoices with appropriate backup and mail to customer
• Assist Supervisor with daily responsibilities/billing responsibilities
