Managing the integration of a helicopter to its host platform. The scope includes ensuring the technical specification of the integration is understood and delivery partners are engaged to carry out the works.

Jun 21 - Sep 22 
Implementation of a new support contract for a fleet of aircraft. Responsibilities include:
- Project Reporting;
- Drafting the Business Case and gaining approval via the many levels of scrutiny;
- Schedule management.

The replacement of a logistics vehicle capability for the British Army. My role was to scope viable options to replace the existing capability using SME knowledge.

A worldwide car rental/lease (whitefleet) solution for the Ministry of Defence. As Project Manager, my primary role was to transition the existing contract in Europe, spanning 17 countries.
