WOSM (World Organization of Scout Movement) Consultant and Chairman of Duke of Edinburgh’s International award –Nepal, Currently Chairman of Educational Methods Sub Committee of World Organization of Scout Movement, Asia Pacific Region, National Trainer and Chief Commissioner of Nepal Scouts, Senior Vice president of QUEST-Nepal (Quality Circles In Education for Students' Personality Development - Nepal) and Past President of Rotary Club of Mahabouddha. Already served World Organization of Scout Movement for last 15 years in different capacity of Asia Pacific Region. Was the National Organizing Commissioner of Nepal Scouts and well recognized by the world organization of scout movement by good service award, Long term service award, Disaster Service award, and GOLDEN RHINO (The highest award of Nepal Scouts) by Nepal Scouts. Involvement in the QUEST-Nepal is remarkable to enhance the capacity of young people to understand the problems and find out the solutions with the quality tools and techniques.
