Hello! I'm a licensed psychotherapist in the great State of North Dakota. I currently work for a non-profit center providing trauma-focused therapy to children and adults. I have had a few notable experiences. The first would be having the opportunity as an invited panelist to discuss the topic of technology and student mental health with Dr. Jean Twenge at the University of Mary. Secondly, I was a co-presenter at the North Dakota Counseling Association's annual conference, where I presented on student mental health and the impact social media may have on that. I was also honored to be an invited panelist for the APA's Committee on Associate & Baccalaureate Education panel discussion on problems facing students regarding J.E.D.I (Justice, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) where I spoke on first-generation college student needs in higher education. I am very excited to see the future developments in Psychology as a whole and interested in how I can be a part of those changes.
