Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago

- Analyzed intergenerational wealth differences among race groups by collecting and examining historical data and literature over 100 years, found significant differences between white and black communities and recommended policy solutions to bridge gaps; worked closely with the graduate research team throughout the process
- Created a database in Access to analyze demographic data of over 2000 French towns over a 200-year period

American India Foundation

- Authored report on the Young Professionals Network, collected information about 18 events attended by over 1000 members which raised $32,000 for COVID-19 relief work in India
- Recommended how to improve disability access, and this was shared across the firm and is in use
- Developed report on diversity of this year’s Fellowship applicants, conducting analysis across 23 data points in R
- Researched and wrote a document identifying 28 potential partner publication organizations and their writing style
- Created 8 blog posts, covered each Fellow’s work and 2 alumni stories having conducted personal interviews

I am currently a Senior  at the University of Chicago, double majoring in Economics and Political Science. In particular, I am passionate about development economics, policymaking, and research. My previous work experience includes working at nonprofits, research think tanks, international development organizations, NGOs, a software design firm, and a local newspaper. I have experience conducting research, managing logistics and conducting data analysis.
