- Collaborated efficiently with the curatorial team and working under Assistant Curator (Exhibitions) Dr Erin McKellar to conceive, organise, and execute three annual exhibitions along with archival work

- Led a team of 20+, generating annual revenues of GBP100k (Aug'21) by optimizing operations.
- Developed 12+ educational art courses, backed by 150+ successful workshops.
- Expanded studio space from 130 to 600 sq. meters (2016-2020), enhancing experience and design.
- Grew online following to 17k+ with a strong content and digital marketing strategy.
- Engaged 300+ weekly students, converting 33% to annual memberships.
- Established a network of 500+ artists and partnerships with national bodies and foreign embassies.
- Launched 40+ merchandise lines, supporting local crafts and community art programs
