-Onboarded 25+ new consulting partners in the NetSuite, Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo, and general integration ecosystem with lead-sourced ARR “activation” in eight new partners in less than six months ($1M pipeline increase).

Manager, Implementation Services

Medica

Successfully implemented a year-long initiative to analyze, define, and improve the PMO's governance policies. This step-by-step roadmap provided consistency and stability during periods of rapid growth, while maintaining a sense of flexibility and decentralized execution in order to stay efficient and allow room for creativity and collaboration across IT teams. One component of the roadmap has allowed for $80k+ per year in savings by simply eliminating certain manager-level meetings (the information is now discussed, captured, and approved through custom workflows in Workfront PPM tool). 

This work created enterprise-wide visibility among the following areas: pipeline management, software integration, compliance management, reporting, and capacity planning in order to help the organization prioritize work and realize strategic benefits in a shorter turnaround time with increased accuracy.

PPM Platform Manager / Project Manager 

Developed the portfolio intake scorecard based on Medica's strategic goals to assess project value at an enterprise level. This functionality within the Workfront PPM tool (formerly AtTask) provided the IT Business Integration team with efficient project prioritization and executive level reporting.

Streamlined portfolio intake processes and implemented Workfront with custom interfaces which enhanced the organization's ability to effectively communicate, plan, and execute projects from the business-level down to individual people in order to support strategic initiatives.

Redefined portfolios by strategic imperative, rather than business segment. This implementation facilitated an integrated approach to capability and value mapping at the enterprise level, allowing the organization to take a holistic approach to identifying customer needs and providing robust healthcare options for customers.

Engaged executive leadership and business segments on people, skills, quality, strategic alignment, project interdependence, budgets, value mapping, and financial policy. Developed and facilitated PPM database maintenance and policy adherence reporting.

Managed financial and resource data for a $19.7M portfolio of nine agile projects and more than 300  people within Target Technical Services eCommerce PMO.

Led an initiative with vendor management to actualize $1M in past spending and accurately forecast future cost plans for two $2M Target Digital Media projects.

Analyzed contracting rate discrepancies for three major eCommerce projects resulting in a $65,000 variance mitigation per project.

Led purchase order creations/adjustments and on-boarding/exiting process for both on-shore and off-shore contractor resources for the PMO.
