I grew up the professional ladder and received multiple promotions at KPMG due to impeccable performance. Across the diverse profiles, I was responsible for leading IT & digital transformations and data analytics practice with key accountability of end-to-end project & program management and stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies. I catered to global clients in the public, private and entrepreneurial sectors and my KRAs included overseeing formulation of go-to-market strategies, account planning, risk management, quality assurance and project delivery. 

Some of my significant projects have been:	
► I led digital transformation for a key client with focus on Qatar National Vision 2030, industry best practices and digital revolution in the utility industry. Steering the project from scratch, I transformed IT team’s image from a support function to a strategic, dynamic unit.  
► While leading digital transformation of various departments of a government ministry, I pitched, convinced and enabled the ministry to launch several innovative initiatives and attract potential investors which eventually helped in sourcing high-value, future business. 
► I supported digital transformation of the systems & processes of a defence organization as part of one of the most challenging projects undertaken till date. Overcoming challenges arising out of resistance to change, traditional mindset and severe competition, I generated confidence and eventually received recognition as trusted advisors by the client organization as well as competing partners. 
► In this project, I proved instrumental in transitioning the client organization from a disorganized & inefficient setup to a leading financial organization in the country. I transformed legacy systems, aligned data governance and streamlined KPIs to reduce overall OPEX by 35% which enabled client organization to attract 15 investors.
