As a Product Manager at Campus 365, I handled end-to-end product responsibilities including product constraints, planning, research, user interviews, persona creation, wireframing, documentation, roadmap management, stakeholder training, and product shipping for the SaaS platform. Some key contributions are:
-Ideated, built & shipped, ‘CampusCredit’ generated overall revenue of more than 70 lakhs within the launch year (FY 2024-25), disbursing loans over 60 Crores
-Ideated and launched the new revamped Campus 365 Mobile application with emphasis on parent-student transparency, resulting in around 150% increase in mobile downloads within a year
-Launched a lite version called ‘PocketCampus’ resulting in a 25% reduction in Engineering & Operational efforts and improving ROI for small ticket size clients

As a product manager, I ensured full ownership of the product life cycle, leading product discovery, wireframing and idea validation processes from the ground up.
 -Prepared detailed Product Requirement Documents & Functional Requirement documents.
-Maintained and communicated a comprehensive Product Roadmap and testing
-Managed release notes and delivered stakeholder training for product updates.
