Hi. 👋🏽 My name is Deyra Jaye. I am a storyteller, speaker and inclusive marketing strategist who is deeply committed to increasing representation in the workrooms where content and creative strategy are built — not just in the ads we see on social media, TV, billboards and in magazines. Because I've been on the other side of uninspired, tone deaf, stereotypical, and downright offensive creative and communications. And I believe we can push past the outdated norms of the industry.
