BionicHIVE is a startup developing SqUID, the world’s first autonomous warehouse robot that can pick boxes floor-to-ceiling on existing racks and deliver them anywhere. The robot travels on the ground and climbs on racks to pick and replenish boxes, bins, and totes.
During my tenure:

- Scheduling and conducting presentations, webinars and live demonstrations
Accomplishments:
- 15,000+ accepted LinkedIn connections with senior-level business executives
- 40+ conference calls and webinars with decision makers at target companies
- Live demos with Walmart, Fedex, DHL, UPS, Dell, Arrow and others. 
- Multiple pilot agreements signed (target met)
- Pipeline of companies awaiting in-person meetings and demos, limited only by resources and internal availability

Role:
- Developed the company's strategic marketing plan and coordinated its implementation in all company divisions
- Responsibilities included Product Management, Sales, Advertising, Communications and Public Relations
 Accomplishments:
- Lee Silsby has achieved nationwide recognition in its niche markets while charging a significant price premium
- The mail-order prescription business grew 20% per year, making Lee Silsby the largest UPS shipper in the area
- Revenues for the online store increased tenfold in a period of 3 years, with a conversion rate of more than 13%
