I have lead teams of different sizes and functions. From Product/Design all the way to Infrastructure, and all sort of Tech Teams in the middle. I have spearheaded Customer Research programs that are company-wide, leveraging the expertise of all areas of the company, like Marketing/Sales and Operations. I have acted as CTO of Restorando for 3 years until we were acquired by TheFork, a Trip Advisor company.

As Mobile Development Manager I am in charge of the Development Culture inside the OLX Mobile Department. OLX Mobile is comprised of an iOS team, an Android Team a Mobile Web Team and a QA Team. In order to deliver the products our stakeholders require I rely on my teams, Scrum and my Scrum Masters heavily. I believe a happy workplace, where quality and experimentation is encouraged breeds productivity because it generates teams that strive for excellence. I agree with the concept of Antifragility by Taleb, which taken to software development leads naturally to Agile Development, which inside an Organization must evolve to Continuous Delivery. On the Project/Product Side of things I prefer Lean thinking and I think the Software 
Development Process itself is a powerful technology that helps reaching the goal of understanding our users as accurately as possible and creating the best possible product they can have. All of this in order to have happy users and employees!
