I am a student pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, one of India's premier engineering institutes. During the summer, I successfully completed an internship at BNY Mellon, a global leader in investment management and services, where I developed a novel web application for API testing using Java and Spring Boot, enhancing my backend development skills. I have also interned in Android app development at Datalane and in Natural Language Processing R&D at Lyne.ai. In addition to software development, I have a research background in Machine Learning. I am currently working with Professor Nipun Batra in his esteemed Sustainability Lab on a Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) project. Our team is focused on predicting distribution-free intervals for time-series data in NILM. Recently, I participated in the Worldquant Alphathon organized by Annuity (Finance Club of IITGN) and reached the Gold Level. Subsequently, I received an offer to become a Research Consultant at WorldQuant. This experience sparked my interest in Quantitative Finance, and roles related to Quantitative Research.
