University of North Texas

Business Policy (capstone): Developed a strategic business integration plan in my capstone class for business, with 2 other people (original group of 6, 3 dropped class) for Fidelity. We used financial information given to us, a Q&A with executives at their Westlake campus and outside research to do this. We developed a financial report and marketing strategy; objective was to develop a plan to garner more business and reach out to millennials...out of over 300 students and 50 groups we ended up getting 4th place overall.

Advertising Management: Worked with a team to develop an advertising campaign to discover the underlying issues with Best Buy, financial information and the direction it was currently heading. Using our findings we developed a social media campaign in order to garner more awareness and drive online sales. 

Global Marketing: In the Global Marketing class at UNT we were tasked with the challenge of finding a need in Taiwan,  and studying the country and culture enough to be able to implement a sustainable product that could be marketed. We developed a physical and digital campaign in order to market our product, and teach our peers about the country.

Brand Management: In Dr. Guzman's class we worked as a team to develop a Branding strategy to Market the Company, Velo Republic, to the Denton, TX area. We met with company executives and the owner to discuss options, budgets, and vision in order to develop a realistic strategy and market analysis.

Marketing Problems (capstone): In Dr. Gade's class we worked as a team to develop an entire Marketing strategy in order to increase profits, awareness and market share of Shannon's Brewery in Keller, TX. We met with executives and the owner in order to get a vision and the financial information needed to conduct our reports. Research, analysis, and client meetings with distributors and sellers were apart of our daily routine.
