-Initiated a campaign to increase operations efficiency and, reduce the clients' white space footprint saving costs for the client.

ION Energy Inc.

-Managed Global logistics and Testing operations.

-Generated statistics for BMS (Battery Management System) module which were used for performance improvement of product.

Operations Executive

-Worked as a Key Account Management and Operations Executive for the Contract Logistics subsidiary, co-ordinated warehouse operations pan India, and handled operations as per requirement for an FMCD client. 

-Initiated continuous improvement campaign and reduced clients' white space footprint enabling cost-saving for the client while maintaining revenue for the company.

Graduate Engineering Trainee

A Chemical Engineer with experience in Key Account Management, Sales, 3PL Operations, and Startup Operations Management.

Post engineering I completed my International Master in Business offered by SDA Bocconi, Specialising in Strategy, operations and Supply chain management.

I am currently working with EY PAS as a Senior Consultant in the domain of Talent Supply Chain, Org Transformation and HR transformation.

Recently, I completed 2 years at EY, Sharing the two important learnings and habits that I had in the time I spent navigating through consulting and corporate life.

Unlearn and Relearn: This is probably the most important skill that I learned during my stint. We all have certain biases when it comes to professional life. Unlearning the set ways and again re-learning the same skills through a different lens helps you expand your perspective on the matter at hand. Analysing a problem through multiple lenses gives you a holistic view helping you define a problem better. Unlearning and Relearning are among the most underrated skills in corporate life, Because, Let’s face it the learning never stops.
Up-skill and Re-skill: With the tech landscape changing drastically every two to five years, up-skilling yourself to add the latest skills and re-skilling your existing skills goes a long way. Accessing the readily available tools helps you plan your work and manage the requirements of your personal and professional life far better than just brute hard work. 

The importance of mastering a certain skill with a plethora of generic skills (Which include both soft and technical skills) gets highlighted when it comes to being a good professional and a great professional.

That being said, I would like to thank all my amazing colleagues for the immense peer-to-peer learning that I had while working alongside them. Truly learning from your peers is the best way to learn in life!
