With an MBA in Marketing and a BE in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, I have a diverse and versatile background that enables me to excel in product and operations roles. I am a 2x founder, with a track record of building and scaling innovative and impactful platforms in the fitness and talent sectors. As the Director-Founders office at Industry Atom, I am responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives that support the growth and vision of the company, which is a leading online community for social entrepreneurs. I work closely with the founders and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization. Previously, I co-founded and led Supersub, India's biggest talent discovery and performance tracking platform, which was acquired in November 2022. I built and led a cross-functional team of seven, created the content for the app, ran marketing campaigns, conducted customer interviews, and interpreted data to improve the user experience and retention.
