Supporting the Head of Marketing in the growth, support and development of the CIEH membership programme and 15Hatfields venue marketing. This included designing a new website platform, writing a communications strategy for acquiring new members, email marketing to promote training and using new media such as PPC, affiliate websites and SEO to market 15Hatfields.

•	Managed national campaigns to acquire target number of members on training  
•	Planned, managed and evaluated PPC and social media advertising campaigns with the digital team.

Working under the supervision of the Director of Marketing for the London School of Business and Finance in implementing campaigns for Professional Qualifications and Executive Education courses, line managing a team of four (two members in Prague), defining strategies for generating lead targets using a range of marketing initiatives from social media, affiliates, PPC, SEO and email communications. 

•	Manage the marketing strategy for the following brands under the London School of Business and Finance: Professional Qualifications (online), Professional Qualification (on-campus) and Executive Education 
•	Project managed the B2B strategy for Executive Education courses using the Lead Forensics platform which resulted in £120K revenue within the first month. 
•	Managed national and international campaigns to ensure daily and monthly sales lead targets were met. 
•	Planned, arranged and coordinated marketing and advertising campaigns with a range of teams from PPC to affiliates.
•	Tracked and analysed social media and web data to choreograph and optimise targeted social campaigns, as well as assign ROI driven metrics to campaigns. 
•	Prepared the yearly marketing budget and managed this monthly based on lead generation. 
•	Successfully launched the AAT product portfolio, meeting monthly student targets. 
•	Analysed competitor activity to build pricing and promotional strategies to overshadow them.

Line managed by the Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment director, but working day-to-day in the College of Engineering, Design and Physical Sciences. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager on defining strategies to market courses enabling successful student recruitment. 

•	Worked on the concept, creation and implementation with the senior management team on creating an award winning student recruitment campaign
•	Devise marketing plans to promote college programmes of study, this includes creating campaigns for new courses with the use of traditional and new digital media
•	Lead in the delivery of specific marketing campaigns for the University, for example, Clearing, ensuring everything in within the ‘tone of voice’ 
•	‘Champion’ the ‘Tone of Voice’ for the marketing team, writing clear brand-led copy for all student communications
•	Developing a cross channel life-cycle communications plan as part of the keep-warm strategy to retain applications with the use of digital technologies such as geo-location marketing 
•	Working with external agencies on commissioning digital advertising (Paid Search/Remarketing)
