Over the course of my career, I started as a sales executive at Zoho, but the role felt monotonous and uninspiring. Then, I hit a low point. I was depressed and unsure about what to do with my life. Everything seemed boring and routine. That’s when I turned to therapy. It changed everything for me, and became my lifesaver. I realized how much therapy gave me, and I knew I had to give back. I wanted to make therapy accessible to everyone, to normalize seeking help, and to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health. So, I took action. Today, we're building The Mind and Company (MICO) — a mental health experience startup. I lead Operations, Customer Experience, and Tech at MICO, focused on creating systems and experiences that help people prioritize their mental health. Our mission is to make therapy and emotional wellness more accessible, relatable, and stigma-free.
