Enterprise Sales Manager

Develop and foster relationships with over 30 accounts spanning industries such as travel, fitness, furniture and food service. 

Act as a cross-functional project manager, engaging the relevant teams and implementing the right structures and processes following resolution.

Develop annual account plans to identify revenue growth opportunities within accounts and work with the relevant cross functional partners to execution. 

Act as a thought leader and the Voice of the merchant representing their needs and expectations to help inform business decisions.

Serve as the main point of contact between the customer support, warehouse, and account management teams to resolve day to day customer inquiries via phone, email and chat channels.

Organize, prioritize, and coordinate special client requests on tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.

Attend daily escalation calls and serve as a warehouse representative to provide ELT updates on ongoing warehouse matters.

Work in unison with cross functional partners to provide insight on warehouse processes and impacts on daily SLAs to ensure optimum client satisfaction.

Provide subject matter expertise to the implementations team for a smooth and exceptional onboarding experience.

Coordinate with the warehouse teams to resolve day to day client requests including but not limited to fulfillment, inventory management and last mile inquiries.
