Hi everyone, I'm Dhruvin U Shah. I currently work as an Analyst for Eli Lilly & Co. In my role, I help teams across Lilly, gather business insights and make data-driven decisions by incorporating BI technologies that help to convert the ocean of data in to streams of information. With over 7 years of being in the data industry, I can say I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with leaders and teammates that have inspired me to become better, every day, at what I do. From my professors and mentors, I learnt that continuous improvement always supersedes a sprint to the finish. From my past and present teammates - I learnt that at the end of the day, we are all in the same boat and in order to reach our destinations it is better to row together than alone (also, it's much faster and more fun).
