I support sales as a technical and domain expert, guiding customers and partners in adopting ServiceNow capabilities to meet their organisational goals. 

Additionally, I lead discovery workshops, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
