Growing up as a North Omaha native, I’ve always had a passionate desire in running my own business with a plethora of employees with my tenure as CEO of Diamond Kouture Beauty, where my expertise in brand building and building trust is foundational. With a commitment to nurturing early childhood development, our team's efforts reflect a dedication to educational excellence. As a leader, I champion initiatives that empower and unite women entrepreneurs, such as 1000 Boss Women Who Evolve, fostering a community where confidence and collaboration are paramount. Diamond has almost 20 years of child care experience working with refugee populations that come from Sudan, Somalia, Afghanistan, Syria, and many other countries, providing exceptional child care services and education in Omaha, Nebraska. At the age of 29, Diamond Kisses Lip Cosmetics was curated in 2019. By 2021, Diamond Kisses Lip Cosmetics was rebranded to Diamond Kouture Beauty. Diamond is working towards expanding her very own storefront that will not only provide products but services but offer beauty courses to help women about makeup application, the benefits, and the up's and down’s in the beauty industry. Catering to all people, while providing exceptional customer service and day spa services in the Omaha area.
