Managing the WowMind project through every early lifecycle phase was a huge responsibility and I was honored to receive the challenge. Digital Education is making important steps to become a normality and for that I used my experience in observing human consumption behavior to develop, monitor, deploy the outcomes that team WowMind sets out to produce for children and teachers alike.

Project Manager

Carrefour

Purchasing, promoting and distributing non-food products for the company stores.
Establishing new collaboration and buying contracts with goods suppliers;
Negotiating products, prices, terms, promotions, budgets, dead-lines, activities and rules according to the different types of the  selling areas;
Realising sales and profit objectives for the concerned  products.
Implementing and enforcing pricing structures set by the  group’s strategy;
Actively participating in the implementation of company's growth strategy;
Preparing  statistical statements, sales reports, delivery, return and any other required documents by the hierarchical superiors;

Buyer

Training the company’s personal  through internal training – basic and middle management level, covering the entire country;
Directly involved in creating the course materials, according to the concerned category.
Preparing a team of junior managers – training, practical applications, tests, direct involvement on sales areas.
Active involvement at the special requirement of the shops directors, in freight implementations and coordination of the stores teams .

Internal Trainer

Organizing a team of 44 employees in Non - Food Department;
Providing commercial aspect for the concerned category;
Providing good exposure and continuity for the portfolio goods;
Ensuring good commercial practices on the sale areas and wharehouse. 
Ensuring proper management for the emergency situations;
Ensuring a right organization of the activity, in the absence of the Store Director.

Departament Manager

Organizing a team of nine employees in order to achieve the best turnovers and commercial aspect, so that all efforts could be directed to the customers satisfactions.

For 20 years, i've gathered experience in the Retail Industry, in finding and opening FMCG markets. 

Since 2013, I've started the freelancing adventure by developing collaboration based projects for new-entry brands and portfolios in the FMCG market.
 
Then the pandemic changed us all. And I was looking for a new passion/ obsession to keep me sane in those times.

So, in 2020, I've joined an EdTech spinoff providing video education for children and left it in 2021. 
Since then, I pivoted my experience around learning how start-ups and NGO's need to be nurtured into growth.

And now, I'm lucky enough to be helping the local ecosystem to create cleaner business opportunities, and , in the same time, live the experience of mixing need and passion into founding a start-up in the circular economy sector.
