A recruitment specialist with over 8 years experience. I started my career in 2015 at Henlow group and became a shareholder after hitting a series of professional targets and cultural contributions, following the success of our growth Henlow sold in 2018. During my time with Henlow the company grew from 10 to 50 heads giving me great exposure to going on a journey with a start-up. My journey began as a 360 recruitment consultant and I then transitioned into heading up a delivery team that focused on a number of tech verticals. In the past I have partnered with a wide range of organisations from start-ups to Tier 1 investment banks across EMEA and the US and have hired talent from C-suite to junior engineers across and array of technical and commercial verticals. My previous account management skills for the prestigious sovereign wealth fund ADIA, Heineken and Rubix Group has meant that I have gained great exposure to a wide range of recruitment processes and strategies. Whilst in more recent years I have headed-up delivery teams and RPO’s, I have always been in a hybrid role which includes account developing, managing and building new business relationships. I have a great eye for talent and have a great reputation for placing hard to fill roles and I am able to own and lead searches E2E with high fill rates by always listening and fulfilling the needs of both the client and candidate alike.
