Hello :-) My start in HR was soft and gentle. I was given time and freedom to improve. Slowly I dived into the IT world. Now I'm heading HR and help to find nice IT people. My work gives me lessons of flexibility and communication. Sometimes it's hard to understand developers but close work with them is the best teacher ;-) There's always a field full of things to learn. This position shows how to value open culture, skills and experience. And what is the key of success - team members. So, at work we are always ready to help each other. We like to learn and see the result. And mixture of different cultures helps us to be caring and attentive.
