Work closely with different stakeholders (Learning groups representatives such as Academies, Global Learning COE and functionality teams), develop and maintain a good knowledge on the LMS configuration and usage for Sanofi business purposes in order to effectively manage the global projects (service and process improvement, new perimeters integration, testing etc.).

Main responsibilities

- Act as a Project manager for complex global projects: interact with Sanofi learning groups representatives to collect their needs, propose adequate solutions and manage the projects from ideation to implementation and further support.

- Act as a Functional Subject Matter Expert: participation in CSOD (external LMS provider) and Sanofi initiated technical projects, evaluation and testing of necessary improvements escalated to vendor. Establish / update the documentation for the new technical features and attend to community meetings (industry benchmarking) and cascade the information to appropriate levels in Sanofi.

- Act as a Point of Contact for business groups consultation and support: once “live” in the system, being the primary point of contact for a specific set of Global Business Units learning groups representatives (authorized business requestors of LMS services) and maintaining a good knowledge of their organization and learning context and requirements. Provide them consulting (knowledge sharing) and support (run mode activities) in setting, evolving, assigning and monitoring their training offer in iLearn.

- Participate to the 2nd level of support to system end users: contribute to the LMS learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment) and provide support for incidents escalated by Level 1 Support.

- Functionally manage and support a group of decentralized administrators located in Sanofi GBUs or GFs in various geographies. Ensure team management and provide direction as a result of the training catalog and Organizational Unit structure.

Global Project Manager & Cornerstone CSOD LMS Operations

Plan, oversee and lead CSOD related projects (but not limited to) from ideation through to completion in a timely manner and within budget.

Main responsibilities

- Prepare and communicate project initiation documents describing the scope, business objectives, deliverables and critical success factors for each project;

- Obtain project validation and acceptance from the customer, negotiate resources with cross-functional stakeholders;

- Coordinate the necessary implementation during delivery and organize the project team, communicate with project sponsor(s), stakeholders & beneficiaries and motivate the project team throughout all project phases;

- Use the needed resources and perform all tasks for the project, according to the project plan, ensure the quality of deliverables and make sure they comply with the requirements specified in the customer's need and in the existing CSOD solutions;

IT/LMS (CSOD) Project Manager

Set standards for all global operational and administrative activities associated with LMS decentralized administrators, including related communications and system optimization.

Main responsibilities

- Adherence to standards of business conduct & compliance and manage offer solutions to business for optimal performance, end user adoption, compliance, and productivity;

- Assess, improve, and manage internal processes and systems that support LMS training and development operations. Ensure processes are shared and local administrators network is adequately trained to ensure consistency and reliability.  Research and implement, as applicable, industry standard best practices to improve efficiencies;

- Ensures team management, monitors, evaluates and records administrators activities and network effectiveness. Provide direction / coaching as result of catalog and Organizational Unit structure monitoring reports;

- Responsible for monitoring and assignment decisions of daily vendor work request activity;

- Acts as project manager on LMS-related projects and creates synergies with other teams.

CSOD LMS Global Operations Manager

Job role

Managing a specific set of global business requests of Learning Management System (iLearn) services and maintain a good knowledge of requestors' organization and learning context and requirements.

Main responsibilities

- Execute (directly or supported by vendor) system administration activities, including: creation, modification and inactivation of learning objects, events, online courses, curricula, assignments, reports), focusing on activities requiring knowledge of Sanofi organization and business requirements;

- Manage service and support requests according to global SLAs, SOPs, quality standards and contribute to iLearn Learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment);

- Support service performance monitoring and improvement and contribute to projects (service and process improvement, new perimeters integration, testing etc).

Senior Global Learning Specialist

Job role

Contributes to the development of the company performance by managing projects and processes for the Global Procurement function, in line with the group's strategy.

Main responsibilities

- Procurement Engineering key acquisitions, coordinating and facilitating the negotiation of global procurement events, market intelligence and learning & development programs with external vendors;

- Work closely with different levels of stakeholders to effectively manage, monitor the KPIs for performance evaluation of the global projects, and provide reporting data;
